A new official video ahead of release
Rockstar Games published the Grand Theft Auto VI Launch Trailer on October 15, 2026. The video marks the final stretch before the game releases on November 19, 2026 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
It joins Trailer 1 from December 2023, Trailer 2 from May 6, 2025, and the extended look available on the official website.
What the video establishes
The Launch Trailer again focuses on Jason and Lucia, Vice City and the state of Leonida. It reinforces Rockstar's official crime-thriller premise: after an easy score goes wrong, the protagonists become caught in a conspiracy spanning the state.
A trailer is still promotional editing. It does not by itself confirm mission structure, controls, the economy, interior counts or other systems Rockstar has not described.
